Big Hero 6 is a movie with humor and heart, and since low-battery-Baymax is quite possibly the best thing ever, I thought I’d come up with a charming riff on the classic White Russian.
The four-ingredient end result is sweet, creamy, and every bit the boozy tribute to a lovable companion robot that forever changed how we do fist bumps.
Bah-a-la-la-la.
You’ll want to pair what Jeff and I call the “Hairy Baby” with my Baymax-inspired cupcakes. Because double chocolate with vanilla frosting and marshmallow goodness go great with liquid dessert.
